Worst service I have ever seen. Didn't even get my nails done. Walked in with 2 people waiting at 1pm on a Thursday. Signed in and asked how long the wait was... before I even said what I wanted I was told "I don't have time for you." So I asked did I need to make an appointment for later, and again with a little more tone I got, "I don't have time for you." So beyond rude and completely unprofessional. Have never in my life experienced someone so rude. I will NEVER return, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

I previously gave this nail salon 5 stars based on my first mani/pedi experience there. While there are a couple technicians that are good, I and my daughters have frequented this salon many times since and have been met with the same rudeness others have described in their reviews. After giving them chance after chance, we've finally decided it is just too hostile. At this moment, my daughter is being treated very roughly by her manicurist. If we weren't short on time and she didn't have to work, we'd be out the door to another salon. I can see why some reviewers feel they had a good experience as I do believe if you luck out with just the right tech at the right time (maybe when no other customers are there?), you might have a decent experience like we did the first time. At the very minimum, make an appointment! If you do not, chances are you will be told very abruptly, "I don't have time for you!" The proverbial straw for us was making a 3:30 appt for 2 mani/pedi's and then being treated incredibly rudely (once again) because techs that took us didn't think we had an appt. And, btw, these weren't the techs with whom we made our appt. perhaps they no longer need the business? I've had it with the rudeness displayed - that is spoken in our language - let alone their obvious banter and laughter back and forth in their language which we all know is about their client! If after this, you still feel you must go to this salon, I can recommend Michelle but you definitely want to make very sure your appt is on the books and with her.

This place always gets 5 stars in my book! I have referred many friends who now frequent this establishment as well. Their gel manicures are always perfection and their pedicures are flawless. I never request anyone when I go in because I know I am always going to get the best no matter who is taking care of me. You have to know that this place stays pretty busy but the result is always worth the wait :-)

The staff is friendly, remembers my face and name. They are always busy (and thats a good thing!), so i suggest always making an appointment ahead of time.  Best  mani/pedi  in frederick.

I'm giving 2 stars because I explained numerous times what I wanted.......needed a tip for my toe and polish change.....the guy walks in and when I said I didn't want a pedicure he left me sitting there.....once I said I would do a pedicure they were better acting and friendly.....their service was good just the manner they treated me was not until I'm spending more money.....
