Been to a lot of places for my help nails. This place makes them look natural and I don't really have a issue with them lifting. Only reason I give 4 starts and not 5 is because they are short staffed. But they do there best to for everyone in. ;)

Thomas has done my nails for 15+ years. He is the most amazing nail technician I have ever had. I refuse to allow anyone else to touch my nails. I've moved but still make the 45 min drive for the A+ service. Not only do I trust Thomas but now the whole staff of this spa, they are a great group of people that are always willing please their customers. I am one of many 10+ year customers that will say the same. If you want great customer service and amazing looking nails or eyebrows, Johnnys Nails is the place to go!!! I recommended them to everyone I  know.

Highly disappointed. My gel nails only lasted 4 days before they started peeling. This was definitely not worth $65 for a manicure and pedicure. Saw it was $50 on the price sheet but once they noticed I was paying with a gift card, charged me $65!

Two years ago this place was perfectly managed and clean, friendly. My MIL and I went in yesterday for a scheduled appointment at 1 pm. They were rude and demanding. Too many customers not enough nail technicians. Our appt was triple booked one lady for 3 clients. She went back and forth between the 3 of us for 35 minutes, not getting far at all. Horrible experience after 40 mins we walked out. Must be under new management. The employees were bossy, rude and seemed angry/ overwhelmed. This is sad as it used to be my favorite place to go. Not relaxing. Decor is now overboard, which makes me think they changed management and kept the name. They used to have a hair salon section that was taken away to add more chairs for the "nail factory" that this place has now become. Will never ever go back.
