We are an organic, natural, eco-friendly hair salon in Historic Downtown Frederick, Maryland. We offer ammonia-free, formaldehyde-free hair coloring, cutting, and styling services. Our haircare, skincare, and gift products promote healthy beauty for you!

Story

Sam Wong Salon opened its doors in 2006. Being the first Organic and natural hair salon in Frederick was a little challenging at first, but once we introduced our philosophy of offering services and products from an all-natural approach, in place of synthetic, we became a destination for the informed consumer.

Keragreen Treatment System

KeraGreen Keratin and Protein System is not just another keratin treatment, it is a complete Keratin and Protein Hair Restoration System that is formaldehyde free, rich with organic and natural ingredients. It works by penetrating deep into the hair follicles and deposits rich moisturizing ingredients, giving your hair the strength and elasticity it needs to stop future breakage from occurring. It also helps controls frizzy, unmanageable hair. This regimen also includes a full line of haircare which includes, shampoo, conditioner, a treatment and a serum,

If you are a NEW client and wish to book a color or texturizing service, please note we require a credit card number to reserve this time for you.

We require 24 hours cancellation notice. In the event this is not given a fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged to the card.

“NO SHOWS” on the day of the appointment will be charged 100% of their scheduled service.

Thank you for understanding that our stylists set aside valuable time for each appointment and when you forget or cancel without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
