My brother paid them for cremation upon his death.  Upon my calling Becker after they had picked up my brother's body from Hospice, the first thing their funeral director said was that he wasn't sure if my brother was fully paid (he was).  No condolences, just straight to the money.  Then, while we were there to order death certificates, they hit us up for some $15 fee.  Tacky.  I would steer clear of this classless, insensitive operation.

The entire staff especially Steve we're very accommodating and on top of all Arrangements that need to be made for a family member that had been lost. Often times when people die money tends to be the thing that comes between families and unfortunately in this case it was the same and Steve and his staff were very discreet when we asked them to be regarding this other side of the family. Every request that we made they followed through on. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the Clermont area that would need this service. Dealing with a loved one passing away is so hard so having a staff work so hard for you to help you make it as seamless as possible while you're dealing with the grief is more than what anyone could ask for. We are so happy that we chose Becker funeral home.
