My family met with Terry to make funeral arrangements before our loved one passed. It is so much easier to make these arrangements before the time of need comes upon us. Many decisions need to be made and Terry walked us through each one of them and was so patient with us if we took a bit of time to decide. Thank you for accommodating us on our time schedule unlike your competitor who couldn't see us until the following day.

They are very considerate, compassionate,kind, understanding, and helpful. They even contact you to make sure you don't need anything further after the loss of a loved one.
