I was looking for the perfect desk for months.  A salesperson at this store directed me to an office furniture catalog, which had many choices.  Not only did I find what I wanted, shipped to the store for free, but it is also a great value.  I found all of the staff to be friendly and helpful.

I made the mistake of "depositing" $2,000 to "lock in/reserve the pricing" they quoted me on the pieces of furniture I looked at in the showroom that day (i fell for their car salesmen tactics because i was pretty sure I was going to be buying furniture from them). Unfortunately, things didn't work out and i still have not received my money back from them after they told me twice over the phone that they were going to return my money to me (i will take care of this face-to-face with store management).

The sales woman who helped me was good at giving me enough space, but being there when I needed her. That’s the kind of service I appreciate. She help me find some things based on my style and then afterwards she even helped me carry it to my car because I had my four-month-old son with me. That was super nice of her.

Purchased a new couch at the Minnetonka location and LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!  It was a special order because of the fabric choice so we had to wait a bit for it, but it came early, delivery people were awesome and the sales people were very helpful.

Nice store. Went looking for baby furniture and an end table. Didn't buy anything and got the information we needed. Later that night I found the same end table for $130 cheaper
