Good location for basic service.  No tellers for cash/check transactions.  Never had a bad customer service experience.  Wait times can vary.  Clean building.  It's more economical for me to come here than to go to the main Tukwila branch.

Almost never have to wait, occasionally a line for the ATM, but not bad.

Just another bank, they've tried to lure you in with words like community oriented, but in reality all they see are dollar signs whenever a person walks into their location. I was trying to make payments on a car and a family emergency arose and BECU repossessed my vehicle with no warning after only a few weeks after missing a payment. I wouldn't trust this bunch of snakes again
