Decent in-branch customer service, but just doesn't offer the services I want/need.

KEEP FAR FAR AWAY!!
They reported me to credit agencies before notifying me about my little $825 balance! 
Even my online account shows a regular positive number instead of a dash - or brackets to give a clear indication that this isn't a positive number and that I have a debt to pay!! 
They gave me a line of credit and I was expecting to start my repayments just as soon as I am notified by a letter or an email or a phone call! nothing even in my online account message box! but nothing whatsoever and then in less that 2 months they reported me to the credit agencies for being defaulted! Craziest bank system I've ever came across! No wonder they have such a lousy poor unhappy reviews... very disappointed in deed.
