What can I say? BBB is one of those modern shopping places that my wife and I include every so often in order to keep our kitchen and bathroom in top shape. They have everything we have ever sought out in that regard and always surprise us with superior quality and massive inventory choices. A great store with super nice employees.

I'm very disappointed with the service I have received at this BBB. I went in a couple of days ago looking for a specific size of doggy pajamas. The employee (who will definitely know what this review is about if she happens to care enough to read these reviews) who I spoke with tried to brush off the fact that if they didn't have it on display the store did not have the exact item & size that I wanted even though the website was offering in store pick the same day. She checked the stock on the store's computer & verified there were 10 dog pajamas in size M. She went to the backroom & reported back to me about a minute later. No size "M" back there, she said. Even though she had seen for herself they were supposed to have about 10. I know the site isn't always exact. She offered to place an online order & have it delivered to my home. I kindly denied her offer since I knew placing the order online was an option before going into the store. I went back in this evening & asked the employee at the front register if she was able to check the stores inventory & verify they had the size I wanted. She checked her computer with the SKU # I gave her & she verified they had a few. She called another employee through her radio & guess who was it was? The same lady who "helped" me two days prior. She remembered me. She said right away they didn't have them. "You came in yesterday or the day before, right? Yeah, we don't have them." I told her the lady in the front of the store just said they did. She said "Well I can call & ask my manager..." I said "Ok, thanks." About 5 minutes later a third employee comes out with a cart full of pajamas, including the size I was inquiring about. I thanked the lady with the cart & let her know I appreciated her help. The first employee just stood there with a blank look on her face and walked away. The employee at the front register was not nice at all, either. I have worked in retail for over 10 years as a Sales Associate & Manager & it just disappoints me to see employees treat customers the way that they do. As a matter of fact, it's not even about being an good "employee" but a decent human being. It doesn't matter what job or career you have, the important thing is that whatever you do, you do it well. I hope the people that I interacted with at this precise location read this & do better the next time they get a chance to help someone else, again.

Went in today my first time at this location, there was a long wait on the cash registers. Then they opened two. The cashier named Kevin seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Hardly said anything. Kept staring at me without saying anything before he ranged me up. Thought it was strange.
