So my girlfriend bought me a watch from here, a birthday present, and the watch was just amazing. Pricey too. The only thing that really bothered me was when I went in here to get the watch sized, the (wonderfully helpful) associate at the Luxury Jewelery department told me that JC Penny does not have the tools to resize this specific watch. So, they wanted me to pay $15 to have the watch shipped to the repair headquarters out of state for something they should be able to do there especially if they're selling them... So, I went to AZ Watch and Jewelry right by JC Penny, across from Cinnabon, and the helpful gentleman Ken was surprised that they couldn't do it there at JC Penny's. Unfortunately he couldn't do the realizing for free, but it was only $9 to have it done, and took about 15 minutes. All in all, I'm very disappointed I had to have the unneeded hassle, and won't be buying probably anything much again from here or any JC Penny.

Bad shopping experience today. While I was looking for help and got 100% ignored all the employees where nusy with each other or with their phones. Finally a customer helped me. Whats wrong with you people?

First time to Salon... horrible experience! Called at 11am for an appointment at 1 and was still waiting past 2pm to be seen... I over heard the Lady at the register tellin an incoming customer that the guy was really good and really takes his time to give you what you want... well he better be doing something right!!! She booked her for 2pm so at at 145 i felt the need to tell her shell probably be waiting till 3 since we were still ahead of her! After we waited over an hour you can imagine that my toddler was irritable by then so we get to the seat and the guy starts to trim with scissors when my son says he don't wanna cut his hair. The guy felt uncomfortable and did not want to continue. I still ended up paying for the cut that he did not do. Such wasted time and money! I went home and cut his hair myself which is what I should have did in the first place. .NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!!!

Horrible customer service. Made me feel dumb explaining a haircut for my husband since he didn't know how to tell them what he wanted. Never going back to this location. Would not recommend
