I went to go be fitted for a suit and I waited in the men's suit section for 15 minutes before the fitting guy decided to show up. I had to ask 3 different other workers where the hell he was. I couldn't believe that he didn't even tell anyone where he was going. And then of course they didn't have my size. What else did I really expect though?

I'm more of a Dillards guy than I am a Macy man so this humble store is perfect for when I need to dress up, get a new down pillow, or look for gifts.

Hit and miss with the employees. You either don't get someone to help or the associate who helps doesn't know what their talking about and tries to hard to make a sale. Very obvious that most, if not all, of the employees in the makeup and perfume section get commission. Dillards is also high end so if you walk in their looking poor, the employees will follow and harass you throughout the store thinking your shoplifting or you'll be completely ignored. Still gave 2 stars because a Kiehl's employee was actually decent and helpful, she did oversell but all the product she recommended I already loved recognized as great. Her name was Pam, please get more decent Pam like employees.

I am a devoted Dillard's shopper and I enjoy shopping at this location. Martha, in women's lingerie, was excellent and sized me for bras in a quick, efficient, and courteous manner. I left spending more than I planned but I was happy about my purchases. The items bring me joy! Also, this store has a large selection and great sales on clothes. Definitely worth the trip.

Great staff willing to make sure you're get the items you want. Excellent women's clothes and shoes, the men's items are excellent also.
