We went there to buy a trunk organizer, got that and some coffee pods and a few other things. Multiple employees asked if we needed any help, we did ask one for help and they took us to the item we wanted. All of the employees we meet were very nice, and the store was very clean. There is plenty of parking too.
I'd give them 5 stars if the store was easier to get around in, the aisles are very crowded and only one person can get through at a time. I don't see how someone in a wheelchair or with a service animal can navigate through there. 
Bed Bath & Beyond's prices are higher than the majority of comparable stores for many items, much higher in some cases. Some items are worth it for the higher quality, but many of them can be found other places locally much cheaper.

Cashier was super rude! She was sarcatic and she rolled her eyes multiple times. She raised her voice at one point when we asked if we could use a coupon. I'm not the kind of person to complain about a store, but when a cashier is rude to one customer and very nice to the customer behind them,  there's a problem. I know her name and i remember exactly what she looks like; not because she gave us good customer service but because she gave the complete opposite. That's not a way to treat any customer that is smiling at you and being kind. Yes, this is the Turkey Creek location!

I went in trying to return some stuff that I bought back in August of 2017. The manager Steve got an attitude with me saying that he couldn’t take back the comforter because the tag was torn off and that the sheets would be hard to find because I bought them on sale. I have worked for BBB for over two years and my store takes back any product no matter how long you have had it or what condition it is in. I went online and found the sheet and the comforter myself and told him that I found them and he still said he couldn’t return them.

Good selection of merchandise.  Prices are in line with their competition.  Service is adequate.
