I use to love the coat factory but for the past 3 weeks i have been told "give me a week and we will have the new stock put out." once again today i wad told the same thing. Except this time he said is was the recovery teams fault. You guys need to step your game up asap before you loose business. This is ridiculous if you ask me. Fill up ur empty racks.

Great selection, amazing deals, save tons of money on suits, leather, winter accessories, etc. They used to have a tailor years ago, and would hem suit pants in-store; recently found out they no longer have one, that's my only complaint. Rotating selection, so visit periodically for variety.

Very rude management, they sold me a pair of shoes that literally fell apart when I wore them.  When I took them back with the receipt they said I didn't buy them there!  I asked for them to review the video and they came back within 5 minutes and said they couldn't see anything on the video.  They treated me very poorly and would not work with me or listen to my concerns.  Beware of fraudulent business here.
