Great costumer service. Went in with a boatload of coupons and the agent there helped me apply them efficienctly. Every staff member I've interacted with here has been pleasant and helpful.

Otherwise, it's a BB&B and you probably know what to expect if you've been to one before. Somewhat inflated prices, I suppose to make up for all the coupons. But you can't go to a better one-stop location for home, kitchen and bath needs.

Love this store, they have a wonderful choice of so many household items and the coupons are a great plus.  Looking for a Engagement or Wedding gift, this is the perfect plaice to find a gift in all prices in your budget.  But the other reason why I continue to shop there is the wonderful & hassle  Free return policy. And last but certainly not least, everyone of the Employees are the friendliest and most helpful group of hard working people I’ve ever come across in any store I frequent in.

This store definitely has the right name. From pots and pans to Roomba vacuums, cookies, coffee, sheets, towels, and organic cleaners right next to bleach. Some stores contain a Buy Buy Baby, and others  Harmon Beauty. It is hard to walk out empty handed

I love Bed Bath & Beyond. The customer service is fantastic. I had to return an item without a receipt,  and they took it back - no questions asked.
