This store has great potential! Because the staff is amazing! Unfortunately, the store is severely understaffed! No matter what time of day I go there, I am always forced to wait 15 to 20 minutes for customer service, b/c there may be 1 representative juggling 2 departments at a giving time. I applaud the staff for keeping their cool, because if I had to keep calm working under these conditions I'd lose my mind! Great staff! Bravo! Lowe's stop being cheap, and HIRE MORE PEOPLE, you'll definitely bring in more business!

From an experienced contractor who has spent many years shopping for home improvement supplies, this was a much better experience than we are accustomed to compared with other competitors. While there was not a "greeter" at the door, everything is well laid out. Customer Service was right at the entrance for questions when we walked in. Store was neat, brightly lit. Store personnel was very helpful and informed about where everything is placed. We did not find packages opened or products misplaced in aisles which lessened valuable time in the store. We plan on making this store our primary go-to for business and home purchases.

Just a customer from CT, had to express my disappointment. When we hear the next story in the news how Amazon or some big player puts another store out of business such as Lowe's, let's not be surprised. It's not the "retail" that is in trouble, it is the substandard service some of these stores provide.. I place a $3500 trucking delivery order online on a Monday, I get assurance on a Tue that it gets delivered on Wed. Guess, what quiet all Wed. I call after, one hour on the phone wasted, am told sorry, Sat for sure. I ask should I call again Sat to double check, they say oh no. I do call as I don't trust them anyway. I am literally sworn not to worry. Guess what, no delivery. Waiting for it for next Mon. When you have workers on site and you pay money for product and lose money with workers, there's a lot of shame a store like Lowe's should assume. Very disappointed.

Incredibly nice people. Very clean and well maintained. 5/16 × 2 inch bolts were in the 5/16 × 2 inch bin with nothing else to have to sort through. What a pleasure. The guy in the tile section loaded the boxes of tile onto the cart without asking. Actually, he just started loadiing them. So I let him. They all have a great attitude going on there.

If I could give zero stars I would! I have never had this repeated of a bad experience at a lowes in my life! No wants to assist you and you are left to figure it out on your own! I will drive the extra distance to to Home Depot just down the road!
