Helpful staff, and decent layout. They keep things clean and you can find what you need in the huge inventory.

Standard BBB. Can be a little messy and hard to find items sometimes, but usually a good choice for your bedroom/bathroom/kitchen purchases.

I love this store. I don't know of any other store that has such consistent awesome customer service. The staff are great and are super friendly.

Lacks customer service. Walked through store twice and saw one associate who ducked in the back at the site of a customer. Left my items and walked out. I can go to walmart for cheaper prices and same service.
