They replaced the battery to my watch for free. Purchased it March 2017. I really like my Maple Grove JC Penney's. When you are ordering jewelry or watches online. And if it is not at the catalog counter always check jewelry counter. They tend to send it to jewelry without notifying the guest that it is in. Though the 800 number says that it has been delivered.

To pick up a blanket ordered online. The woman it pick up was warm and friendly and efficient. It took me just minutes to conclude me pick up.

LOVE Penny's clothes for all ages. Always a sale going on. No problem with taking clothes BACK . Penny's stand by there products.

Tonight is my first time at this location, of Maple Grove. Each department is much smaller than a mall JC Penny's site, which is great!

I gave this place a 3 star review because, as you can see in the pictures, there is LITERALLY, a fun house mirror, in the ladies fitting room, for the swimsuit section! I couldn't believe my eyes. So, be aware of this, when you go shopping here. I didn't check out the other fitting rooms, because the store was closing for the night, but I'm coming back tomorrow so I'll check it out then

Otherwise the place was clean, the fitting room hanging cart was full (I feel bad for the employees), and the employees were smiling.

This location has a ton of selection for everyone in the family! Great deals! It was packed when we were there. Swing on by!
