This is the dream place for those people who like to continually "upgrade" things in their home. Process are reasonable they have lots of sales and you can always download coupons off the internet. They also have the best selection for travel size toiletries.

Today, my fiancée and I visited your B&M location on East Boughton Road in Bolingbrook, IL. We went in to this location today to look into setting up a bridal registry. My experience today was not what I had expected or hoped it would be. It was much, much better. The service we received today was unparalleled. I have never had a shopping experience quite like this one. It's been 5 hours since we left your store and I cannot stop bragging about one of your employees, Becki. Becki was absolutely incredible. She spent over 4 hours with my fiancée and me. She walked us through every single department in the store, put together place settings for us, was honest, caring, and full of knowledge. My fiancée and I have never owned a house, and are currently looking into buying homes and are really starting from scratch. We have a Keurig and a crockpot, and that's about it. Becki really listened to what we wanted and took both of our styles and kept them in mind to really find the best fit for our future. She was funny and again, so full of knowledge. It was like shopping with my mom; I felt like she truly cared about us, our opinions, needs, and our future. I cannot wait to continue to work with her throughout the rest of our experience and will continue to return to this location as long as Becki is there to assist me. You have some here you truly is passionate about people, service, and her product. What an absolute gem! Thanks again for all of your help Becki!!

Stopped in at this Bed Bath & Beyond getting exactly what I needed with the help of the store staff. All were helpful and extremely knowledgeable about items I was shopping for.
