I purchased some product to finish some floors. I was told I could return what I didn’t use at a 20% restocking feeshady. When the job was completed and I had two containers of finish to return, only then did they tell me I could not get refunded but has to take a store credit. I will be using other suppliers in the future who value their  repeat customers.

Great prices on Loba finish and sales personnel inside very helpful and took time to talk to me.
