Although I have made purchases from this store in the past, this was my first experience using the Bridal Registry.  This store was busy upon arrival, but was no excuse for the poor service I received checking out.  Was informed it would take an additional 20 minutes to use the "free" wrapping service.  I left and returned 30 minutes later and my gift was still not wrapped.  The store manager told me "they had been too busy ringing up customers". 

My point was I was a customer 30 minutes ago and that I needed to return to work.
They then stuffed my gift in a Bed/Bath/Beyond bag and stuffed the top with tissue paper which took all of 2 minutes.  The box inside was not wrapped.  They considered this "wrapped".

Not only did it look bad - I wasted 30 minutes waiting for a box to be shoved in a bag.

Shame on You!  The customer who pays and agrees to wait gets put to the back of the line.  Will think long and hard before doing business with this store again.
