Employees are very rude and look miserable. The managers are not helpful and give attitude. No one wants to be bothered in that store, so I will not bother with that store anymore. They are overpriced anyways LOL

The young lady who checked us out was wonderful! Everyone who works with people in retail could learn a lesson from her!

I went to this store early Sunday to grab a few things, I ended up purchasing a massage chair and some other items I liked. The sales lady was very helpful and I agree with the other viewers the staff was there to help when you needed them. I love the items I purchased. However.... I was followed around by one of their "alleged security workers" (white male wearing plainclothes) He looked about 17 -20 years old. I'm not sure why he was following me but when I looked around the store, I noticed at that time I was the only African American shopper inside the store, there were African American employees but no shoppers. Eventually I turned to him and asked him did he see where I accidentally left my shopping cart, He looked surprised and shook his head and said no. I told him you are following me all over the store I just thought you may have seen where I left it. He turned red and walked the other direction. I Do Not Steal, & I can't think of any reason this guy was following me around the entire store other than he racially profiled me. Bad decision by an employee and from now on I will shop at other Bed, Bath & Beyond stores, definitely not this one, Oh FYI I spent over $400.00

Friendly staff, none of them passed a customer by without asking them if they needed assistance finding an item
