I had a great experience at Bob's. Patti Lazaros was wonderful. She approached me, asked what I was looking for and then gave me directions to the relevant areas of the store. She then gave me the opportunity to go off and look around without hovering.  How refreshing is that? When I was ready, she was knowledgeable, easy to talk to and not pushy. She answered all of my questions in an unhurried fashion as though I was the only one in the store requiring her attention. I am very pleased with Bob's,  my purchase and my experience there with Patti.

We have been to Bob’s many times and purchased many things.  Patti has been by far the best associate. She is always helpful and so sweet too!  Very personable, felt like I’ve known her forever.  She’s not too pushy which is refreshing. She was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

Sale person was Patti.  Was terrifically helpful!  Being thinking about new chairs & were just going to browse.  Told her what we were thinking about & she showed numerous chairs that we would never have found on our own.  Patti knew the stock.  Chairs were just right.  Price was right.  Bought the two chairs.  Thank you Patti!  We will see again.

10/10 store. The person that helped us Kathy Athens was very nice and very helpful. The manager Cindy was very nice. The place is great and the cafe is clean and cool. They have a lot of candy and ice cream. (And it’s free!) this store is great and clean and I would definitely come back here!!!
