RUDE AF has been my Customer Service experience and I have shopped here for at least 7+ years. However ... I am addicted to all things WS and I have easily spent thousands here over the years and I never leave empty handed.

I was really excited when they opened this place up. Love stocking up on everything I wanted in the main stores for outlet prices. Only semi negative is that customer service could be a tad bit better.

The staff and manager here are absolutely excellent and incredibly helpful!  I love the great sales, but the staff really makes this place a favorite of mine to shop at.

EXTREMELY rude customers service!
We felt rush to check out in the first 5 minutes we walked in the store(8:07 pm)although they CLOSING at 9:00!!!
