Went to a store I use to love...very disappointed!!! My family and I went to buy 4 chair pads and 2 footstools. No one was anywhere to be found when we walked in. After about 5 minutes I found 2 employees talking. Then his radio went off and they just stared at me. So I went on down the aisle and found 2 more employees talking. After a minute they turned and asked me what I was looking for. I told them and they pointed to the front of the store and said the stools were up there. I went and looked. We could not find them. I asked another employee where they were and they said they did not have them, but they did finally point us in the right direction of the chair pads. I am in a walker, and after walking around the store twice I was exhausted...walking trying to find some help. I stayed up front and my husband and daughter went to find the chair pads. They brought 1 of each up front for me to look at. I selected the style I wanted and they went and got 3 more. The only person nice to us that was also so helpful was the cashier. She was an older lady and she deserves a raise! The rest need to be fired!!! I guess customer service is a thing of the past for Bed Bath and Beyond. They sure have lost my business, but maybe they no longer care. That was a horrible experience.

Truly an addiction for those interested in kitchen and housewares. Constant coupon mailers and flyers keep you aware of promotions and new merchandise.

I always find & buy more than I need when I go here. Everybody is always nice & helpful and the store is clean & organized.

I ordered a pet carrier, when it arrived it was defective, missing parts and completely non-functional. I will Never shop here again. It is not because I received a defective product, but because the way the issue was handled by customer service. It was very clear that my inconvenience was of no consequence. Guess what, I don't have to shop there and won't again.
