I won't go into detail about the issue in had.
But, I called them up within an hour of them closing for the night. After explaining the issue, I went in to talk to them.
They were very much helpful in resolving my issue, and I will be coming back here indefinatly. They were very friendly and professional in ways I wish all business conducted themselves. Thank you!

Looks like every other BB&B which is good in an area of dog eared stores. Friendly staff. The last few times I've been in they want me to order out of stock things online. Shipping runs 4-7 business days which is long nowadays.

Friendly staff. Clean and well stocked with top brand names.  A little pricey but I take advantage of every sale and discount. I like the store.

Read sales ad carefully, I was overcharged because of their confusing fine print! When I asked for partial refund the sales clerk didn't even see it and was going to give me price difference until she didn't know how too and called manager for help.  I will not return!
