Good luck trying to get a human on the phone, I'll go elsewhere. Edit Jan 8, 2018 just lost out on approx 400-600$ sale I needed a weed eater, pressure washer, and some misc. Over an HR over looking around, not 1 person insight, until I went to leave, 3 ladies chatting by the check " have a good day". Err I'm Soo mad.

Take my advice and DO NOT buy any jewelry from Sears. My boyfriend bought me a ring for Christmas from Sears so I went to get it sized on December 27th. I was told I would have it back in 1-2 weeks. Week after week I would call to see where my ring was only to keep being told it'd be in the following week. Finally a month later I received a phone call stating that my ring had been lost and that we would need to wait and see if it was found or if I could even get a new one. A week later the manager called to say they got a new ring in and that they are shipping it to get sized and it will be a rush order. Here I am on February 8th, no ring and still receiving mixed information from Sears employees. If this ring did not have sentimental value I would return it. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Terrible place to shop.  I used to love Sears, but they have gone downhill.  Junky,  messy store with no customer service.  Stood in line for checkouts for over 15 minutes.  One cashier doing credit application, another working very slowly.  Waited so long, we finally left before purchasing.  Line up behind  us was 10 people long and growing and no more help coming for cashiers.  Won't go back.  It's no wonder the stores are closing!

This Sears is the same as you’ll find in many of the malls here in puget sound. It is like going back in time, as I remember browsing craftsman tools with my dad in the 70s. It continues to be an anchor store, the problem is that it still is that old store, and hasn’t kept up with modernization, websites or even updating its look. Frankly, I like that it has stayed this way, I like the memories and things like tools and other solid products I’ll still buy.

Disgusted with employees .....Horrible service... guy would not stop interogating me practicly why I did not want a sears card... I kept saying" no"... he kept repeating "I'm just trying to save you money"- atleast 5x during this encounter, like autopilot he would not take" no" or" I cant" for an answer... I felt very humiliated the stunt he was pulling. Very disrespectful then trying to make me feel like I was the one in wrong. As well - he was not wearing a name tag (as I wanted to make complaint)
As well he insisted on having my social security # & birthdate, other information... I wrote it down on the paperwork , that no i did not even want to fill out,  at end of this situation ,no. He did not give back... I did not want sears card... I don't , ... never had . Ive never felt so pressured... my bad for letting a little punk throw me around, but yeah, now he has my info. You can bet I am never going back to sears again.
