Pretty much what you expect from these sorts of stores, like Ross and Burlington. Way more clean than most Ross stores though.

First of all I do not shop at TJ Maxx. However in a crunch I needed 4 yes 4 pieces of specific luggage.  Not only did Brief M. Go way far above and beyond, but she genuinely gave me advice, helped me weigh about 40 suitcases. This took nearly an hour. My toddler was being 3, I looked like a homeless lady and this is the BEST experience I've ever had in a store. Didnt blink at the 300$ price yag. Woukd do it again. The entire store is a 10. I officially shop here. This store should be the standard and Brief, is the picture of customer service. Checkout ladies beyond wonderful. Thank you so much.
