I always have a great experience at my bed bath and Beyond. I'm a very slow shopper because I want time to read labels and look for store comparisons Etc before I move on. Today, enjoyed my visit very much. Someone always ask me if I needed any help which is good but they left me alone if I told them I was simply looking for the time being. Sincerely Brenda

Typical BB&B. Staff aren't all that helpful at this location, but carry a decent amount of inventory.

I absolutely love Bed, Bath, & Beyond---but not this store. Been here once, won't be back. The place seemed "dark" for some reason, the lines moves slowly, and the staff---completely ignore you. They don't try to engage you at all. I passed quite a few of the store employees and not one asked me if I needed help--which goes entirely against how they are trained....

My son and I want to say thank you to the Arboretum store bedding dept who went out of their way to track down clearance pillow shams that we needed, called another store and had them shipped directly to him. They arrived within days and we saved a lot of money as a bonus! Great customer service! Thank you!
