Great customer service! I had an issue with an online order made on JC Penney website and Karla and Lisa took a great care of me. Other staff members were also super nice.

Can't find employees on the floor. The ones at the registers (if they are open) are too busy ringing up each other's purchases and ignoring customers. No one was in the jewelry dept at all. After waiting 20 minutes attempting to check out, I dumped my items and left. Gave 2 stars because they had items I wanted to purchase but couldn't due to lack of cashiers actually working.

When I worked at the j.c.Penney at Eastland mall,I had a sorry security director. He would bully us to arrest people who weren't committing any crimes.we end up finding he had a criminal ring going on and he was having affairs with the younger women in the store that ran different departments, he should have went to prison,but the management protected him and the committed crimes too.

I ordered a bed skirt online. It is very cheaply made. It melted when the iron touched the fabric. More like interfacing. Very disappointing.
