For an on the whim buy, I was very pleased. She loved the flowers and the color scheme was very aesthetically nice.

A lot of reviews seem like people have had issues with online/calling in. 

I would say the safest bet would be going in face to face. I know that can be a hassle but for me, service was quick, the flowers/arrangement were great/ and it was overall cheaper than I expected.

LOVE Bed of Roses. Definitely my preferred flower shop! Whenever I go, the employees are always quick to help me put an arrangement together! Recently found out that they have a second location which is great because I live near it! I've noticed Bed of Roses' flower quality exceeds any other shop I've been to.

Ginger and her team are very professional.  I was traveling on business in South Carolina and knew my wife was having a not-so pleasant week.  I called the shop and told them what I wanted and asked if they could deliver a flower arrangement to the Elementary school where my wife teaches the very next day.  They were happy to do so.

The next day arrives and about mid-way through the day, my sends a text showing the arrangement and how happy she was.  The flowers were amazing!  Ginger and her team went above and beyond and turned the "blah" week into a great week for my wife.  Thank you!!!!

Bed of Roses is by far the #1 floral shop in Utah County. Always available and go the extra mile when it comes to delivering excellent customer service. Ginger has personally taken great care of us by sending arrangements to family members, friends and even took care of my mothers wedding! The floral I personally have received and seen delivered is always far better than imagined. Not only is their work incredible, their floral is fresh! Looking forward to my next order. Thank you for taking great care of us!
