My experience was good. I ordered flowers through their website for an anniversary and asked that they be delivered about two days later to my wife's work. They did not ask for a delivery time or mention a delivery window. The arrangement was delivered with no stress on our part. The flowers were at least as impressive as the picture online showed.
I would recommend they update their website to help legitimize their appearance in the eyes of potential clients.

I ordered flower for my wife's birthday. I was shocked at how small and basic they were for the $58 it cost. I was very disappointed. I also asked when they would be delivered and they said in the morning. They also said I would be the first delivery. Turns out that after 1:00 is their first morning delivery because that is when we got them. They were very polite and that is why I didn't do 1 star.

Very disappointed. Ordered flowers for a funeral that were to be delivered and got a confirmation email saying that they had been the night before the funeral. We were very happy with that until we found out that they weren't actually delivered. We called the florist and they said they would bring them over right away. Right away meant one hour later when the funeral was finishing up. When they did arrive they were different than what we ordered online. So glad we checked to make sure they've been delivered or we would have assumed they had they had been and we would have never known.

Ya know, I like this place. The arrangements are lovely and the prices are great. But the customer service can use some help. I feel I’m in the way when I come in to order delivery flowers. It’s so weird.

Absolutely one of the best places I've gone to get flowers. They do it all.. And from a cute homey shop to boot!
