A very good friend of mind lost her mother recently and I ordered a garden basket through the funeral home and Orem Floral filled the order. Orem Floral has record of the delivery, but my friend never received it. The funeral home did nothing when I brought this to their attention. they didn't even call me back. However, Orem Floral was willing to give another arrangement to my friend for free, completely eating the cost. I can't say enough good about the owner. I could tell she really cares about people and wants her customers to be happy. I am soooo thankful. Please buy from them!

The flowers here are so beautiful and bright. Also, the customer service is excellent here.

It's no secret that getting flowers on valentine's day is already a nightmare but I made a call the day before for flowers and they didn't tell me they couldn't make time for my delivery like others. I didn't care what time they got there as long as it could be done. They went above and beyond to make my delivery. The flowers were amazing and I couldn't be happier and even more importantly she loved them. Definitely my go to flower experts for sure. Thank you for everything.

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Love the selection of flowers. Can work with any budget. Great selection of ready made for last minute and great custom arrangements as well. Nice gift selections too.

I know today is a very busy day for all floral shops, but if I would have know they were going to take the entire day to be delivered I would of had them delivered yesterday or held in the store for me to pick them up this morning. The lady even took a note on my order preferred to have them delivered morning time. The girl I just spoke to on the phone couldn't even tell me where they were at or an estimate of when they would be delivered other than by 6pm. I would gladly go meet the delivery truck and pick them up, but again no help from the lady I spoke to on the phone. Thanks for helping make this day a special day for my wife. I gave you 2 stars because I'm sure the flowers will be beautiful, but the customer service and communication sucked!!
