It was a wonderful experience from start to finish! My husband and I were looking for a mattress that would help relieve our lower back pain. Tony not only helped us find one that we loved, but he also suggested an adjustable base that would help us sleep better. All I can say is WOW! We are now having the best sleep of our lives!

My wife and I must have gone to 8 different mattress stores looking for a quality mattress that we were most comfortable with. Although there were a couple that seemed to meet our criteria, the price was so high, we thought that it was too much and we kept looking. Then we went to Palm Harbor Bed Pro Mattress and met Tony, the store manager. We told him what we were looking for, Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid. Tony asked us what type of firmness we were looking for and my wife was looking for firm and I was looking for something a little softer. He showed us the different mattresses and said try them out and we did! Tony didn’t try to high pressure us he went back to his desk and left us to try the mattresses out which we did for at least 20 minutes on each one. The price we got at Bed Pro was the best out of the 8 stores we went to. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase and have already ready recommended Tony to one of our friends who is looking for a new mattress.

Decent amount of mattresses. Tony is nice but not personable at all. Slightly pushy with the old school sales tactics. Purchased a Sealy Posturpedic Queen bed set and wasn't happy within 30 comfort window and NO RETURNS. *WARNING* This is one of the few mattress stores companies that does NOT offer a return policy. Yet Famous Tate, Ashley Furniture, Mattress Firm, Mattress One ALL of SOME sort of return policy. Tony told me I'm now in the mattress reselling business. Sounds like real reassurance from a hustler.

My best friend was long overdue for a new mattress, so after a lot of research we decided to start with Bed Pros. From the time we walked in.. til we left, our experience was amazing. Tony, the manager, truly is so knowledgeable and professional! We were never rushed and had the luxury of trying and grading the various products. And of course, after 18+years, my best friend purchased the mattress of her dreams (pun intended). Delivery was the next day and the deliverymen were fantastic! What a great buying experience!

On March 4th my two kids and husband went to look for 2 twin beds. We were not looking to spend an extreme amount of money. My husband was able to negotiate about $70 off each bed. The sales rep was great. His associate helped wrapped the two beds to the top of our SUV for the short drive home. Just go in and have a look. They will offer you a deal. We'll be returning when we are ready to buy our queen size bed. Thanks Bed Pros
