BONDED LEATHER? Purchased 2 sofas from the "leather Gallery in Clearwater.....was told they were top grain leather............no where does it say.....1. not on the paper work 2. not on the furniture. I called them 3-4 times and was told that I would get something in the mail..............NEVER CAME. was told to look under ottoman for a tag...............no tag HAD A REPAIRMAN, a leather expert come and say that it was not worth repair b/c it was bonded leather.....not what I wanted not what i was told ....BEWARE.....DO NOT BUY FROM THE LEATHER GALLERY............Hello and Ty for the reply , however if this is the case..........are you willing to put it in writing? That is all I ask........if it is genuine leather, then put something in writing like I thought I was going to get. Would think you would do more than just reply? in writing pls ty ALSO, YOU HAVE MY NUMBER CALL ME AND TELL ME WHAT YOU ARE WILLING TO DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT TY

Love love love our couches!! We know Florida Leather Gallery has excellent quality couches. We went with fabric (instead of leather), they turned out beautiful and our family and friends have been giving us loads of compliments on the design and comfort. We worked with Jennifer Sweat. She will find you the perfect fit, color, make, and size for your space and style. We even received our couches before the expected delivery date, just in time for Christmas! The delivery process was also so simple. They have staff call to verify your address, delivery men are as sweet as can be and handled the couches with care. Set them up for us and were ready to enjoy!

Purchased two new electric recliners and a sleeper sofa last year in September It was delivered the first part of December. My wife and I chose the natuzzi leather because we loved the sleek clean look. Looks great but quality not so much. We have had each piece repaired at least once and one piece has had multiple repairs. My suggestion is, if you can't find it somewhere else, please purchase the extra protection plan with your furniture. Even though they have made multiple trips to my home to repair my furniture within the first 6 months they will not allow us to buy the extra protection now. We spent $5000 on furniture that should last a decade but we've had 3 repair trips in 6 months. We don't feel this is right and wanted to share our experience with Florida Leather Gallery in Clearwater.

We looked everywhere for leather furniture and no one could beat the selection, price and quality of Florida Leather Gallery. Over the last few years, we've made two purchases from the Clearwater store, one in-stock and one custom order. Jennifer was our sales rep for both purchases, and she and the store manager, Jim, went above and beyond to provide expertise and guidance throughout the process. Jennifer even sent us updates as our custom order reached various phases of manufacturing and delivery. Both sets are beautifully made and are holding up nicely to everyday use. We will definitely purchase from Florida Leather Gallery again.
