We stopped in one rainy day and met Antonio. He directed us to a bed to look at and spent a great deal of time explaining the features. He never tried to sell us the most expensive beds or the most expensive options despite our asking what made other beds more expensive. We ended up buying the bed we were looking at and could not be happier with it. The service is fantastic before and after the sale. If you are interested in a new mattress, I recommend stopping in and talking to Antonio or one of the other helpful associates in this store.

Go see Jay Dooley! I stopped in to see him multiple times in the process of searching. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. More importantly, he didn't push me to purchase but educated me on my options. He gave me a great price, and I fully recommend you stop by and ask for him.

*** Service beyond our expectations. We called the Palm Harbor store for assistance and within 20 minutes, store manager Jay Dooley came to our home to assist in solving an issue with our bed. Jay is a professional who takes customer service to a level that is hard to find in this day & age. He is also very knowledgeable about his product lines and has earned our business for the purchase of a new bed. Thanks Jay! ***

Antonio was very helpful. He was knowledgeable and found what I needed in my price range. No pressure, just listened to what I was looking for and did not try to upsell me.
