This auto repair shop is not the typical auto repair shop. It's clean organized and has an honest owner whom does most of the work himself. When he says your work will be ready it's done on time.

Had a coolant leak from a broken connector. Diagnosed and fixed the same day with reasonable price, will them again!

In answer to Maria-Stella F. from Bedford Park Motors
We are confused. On your last visit, we repaired a vacuum leak, replaced a hose, replaced the front strut, did an oil change and an electronic diagnostic.
Our recommendations to you then were that the fuel pump and fuel level unit needed to be replaced, the valve cover gasket was leaking, and the oil sensor was not working properly. You told us were not able to have the work done.
In the office, we had a more than amicable conversation, laughing and joking. You even offered your own professional services, showing no sign of any dissatisfaction.
Now, a month later, you blame us for a problem not related to any prior work done. We are only sorry you didn't take our recommendations. It would have been more reasonable to call us to resolve whatever complaint you had, rather than blasting us on social media.

I went there like a year  ago to fix myBMW valve gasget and spend over 600$. However: I only drove my Bmw and added 2,990 miles and now it's leaking. I'm going this week to address this issue.They claimed they can fix it. Also, the mechanic gets payed by the hour and I saw him killing time when the job was finished as well.

I'm torn. They have the skills and a beautiful system but they lack integrity and customer service. The woman at the front gave me attitude for not getting other work done (despite dropping almost a grand already) and a month after getting my oil changed there I got an oil leak. When I called she gave me attitude again that I didn't get a tune up etc. I'm thinking if you were working on the part of the car that now has a problem, you are probably the problem. Despite being a loyal customer I get treated without respect. They can forget me.
