I guess it’s classified as fast food because you’re ordering at a counter. However our food was better than other fast food. More like casual dining. The menu is pretty big, it may take a minute to figure out what you want. We ordered then sat and waited while the food was cooked to order. It was brought to the table. The onion rings and chicken strips were super hot coming right out of the kitchen. The Mahi sandwich was very good. With Beef a Roo right around the corner I am sure we’ll be back.
I liked them. The food was a bit cold, just warm but it was still good. The beef did remind me of Arby's which is fine, since Arby's left the area. The chicken wrap was good and the cheddar fries were yummy. Service was friendly. I would return because I really liked the beef.
I love burgers. I was excited to try this place. It honestly was not even top 15 places Id go for a burger. The place was clean and nice. Good music. The service was fine. Everyone was nice. The food was done pretty quickly and was fresh. The burger, was a little disappointing. It was very thin and flavorless. I also got the loaded fries. They were okay but once I got past the toppings, the rest of the fries were just like the burger, thin and flavorless. Overall, its cheap and a quick bite but I dont know if I will eat here again. I got a whole meal but left starving.
Olive burger was so incredible and loaded with green olives. The Jr. Beef sandwiches were tasty. Cheese curds were fresh and crunchy. The French fries were undercooked. Chocolate shake was delicious. Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcomed.
Customer service was great, a little over priced but worth it for my baby to have a gf burger and fries! Also when I asked if I could have more than one flavor in my shake, it was not a problem and no extra cost. Very happy :
It is definitely a great spot for a good and quick bite. I went here and the restaurant was quite busy. I really wanted to eat their food because I hadn't had it in years, so I decided to go for it. The food from here is really good and just like fast food, but definitely one of the best. The service was slow, yes, but the food was fresh and hot. The burger I ordered was literally fresh from the grill because it was hot and fresh. The portion was really huge too. I specifically ordered their bacon cheeseburger and I liked that they put a lot of bacon on it and it was cheesy as well. It was really delicious and tasted really fresh. The feeling of eating it after a really long time was just a great feeling, and it did not disappoint because it tasted as good as before. I also ordered some fries, which were good too. The food was great. Prices are reasonable. The place is clean, and the atmosphere and vibe are just something nice. The only downside I can mention is the slow service, because, of course, the restaurant is packed with customers. Maybe I should try their drive through next time and see if the service there is quicker.
Y'all have no idea how lucky we are to have a beef-a-roo in our presence. The cheese fries are amazing and the Shakes seemingly go with everything. If you're familiar with them from Rockford they won't disappoint with this new location. Malcolm was working the front end, haven't met a nicer guy. Highly recommened.
If you've visited in Rockford, you'll get the same experience here. Great sandwiches, delicious cheese fries. The front of house employee who took my order was friendly and explained a few things to my Pops patiently.
Go for the beef! Great taste, local company. CLEAN and friendly. Was able to get sample of beef for my kiddos who were unsure. Intesting shake menu. Loaded fries was shareable.
If you like Arby's you're going to love this place. They sell shaved roast beef similar to Arby's but much better. I strongly recommend the big beef and cheddar and the wild west beef which contains bacon onion rings cheddar and a zesty barbecue sauce. They also offer gourmet salads cheeseburgers wraps baked potatoes and extremely extensive menu.
