Do not trust this store with your business. Ordered delivery on door dash 2 weeks ago. Someone from the store immediately called me and said they didn't have a delivery driver that night, so I asked them to cancel the order. 30 minutes later, I get a confirmation saying my order has been accepted and payment was processed. Tried to resolve it with door dash but they said the store handles all disputes directly. I call the store the next day and no one will answer the phone. So I drove there and there's a sign saying they're short-staffed and closed for the weekend. Spoke to someone on the phone a few days later and they said it takes 3-5 days to process a refund. Still no refund a week later. Spoke to someone on the phone again and they said they would contact their bank and issue a refund this person was very kind and it seemed they genuinely wanted to help. Fast forward another week and still no refund. $80 charge...better believe I'm expecting that refund. Tried calling the store again and no one will answer the phone and door dash continues to tell me to resolve it with Jimmy John's. Absolutely ridiculous having to jump through so many hoops to get a refund for an order I never received.

Live less than half a mile from this location and they haven't actually been open or offer delivery for months now. They're closed at times like noon during the middle of the week, and don't even accept orders online. Just shut the store down at this point, I don't see why it even exists anymore when I haven't seen it actually operating for a long time.

Store is never open. They always “claim” short staffed. Throw in the towel and close permanently so another reliable shop can take the space

I love being sent info on rewards that I could potentially get... Yet my local location hasn't offered app order service or delivery in 2 months now....... Ridiculous honestly.

This location is spotty on actually being open during business hours and now you can't even do online orders through their app, which is the only way to get your rewards. So no business for you. I will visit a different location.

Fine when you can actually place an online order. Online ordering seems to be shut off for this location whenever I want to take advantage of a deal. Very frustrating.

Never eat here, hear great things so I stop in for a sandwich.. They ask if I want freebies,  that's what they call it, so I ask for tomatoes,  cucumber and mayo and mustard with extra cheese.. Not sure WHY THEY KILLED MY SANDWICH WITH GRASS BUT THEY SURE DID.. I'm a truck driver so can not go back..  Yep, JIMMY JOHNS, SUBWAY CRUSHES YOU.. And everyone HATES SUBWAY ..

This location skimps on the meat, has poor customer relations. Do not go here better choices near by.Food: 1/5

The three people that are working there on 3/01/22 were amazing very nice and friendly. I live in Elgin and usually go to the one on Randall road but was in west Dundee and decided to go there best decision i have made

My mom and I went there today, trusting that our sandwiches would come back correct. Ordered a number 12 with pickle, and I got 0 meat on my order. So all my sandwich had on it was cheese and avocado. There were 6 people working there and it still managed to get messed up. I made a trip back there and I got no apology for the mess up or anything! I work in the food industry, and the least they could have done was apologize for the inconvenience. I will NOT be giving jimmy johns my business from here on out.
