I have been to this location a few times never had a problem or anything. I ordered a bowl from here and took it home to eat later due to me working nights. I got home and put it on a plate to microwave it and was eating it and then i looked down and saw something Strang sticking out of my food so i used my fingers to pull it out and it was someone's hair in the rice I don't have hair so it's not mine

Swear every time say “let me give them another chance” they always mess up my order! My food was cold and they obviously didn’t read what the order was. Using the app is pointless I shouldn’t have to go stand over the employee for them to get it right. Why offer the ability to add extra of anything if they aren’t going to do it. I asked for extra rice and lettuce and this what they gave me. Service definitely declines in the evening shifts.

While we were ordering, the manager told the employees "Y'all better be stingy the rest of the night," which I thought was totally unprofessional and put them in an awkward situation as they looked back up at me to continue my order. Not to mention it was only around 6:30pm... that's a lot of stingy orders before close.  We were paying with gift cards and one of them wouldn't read so the cashier went and asked the manager for help. He said "You're probably typing the wrong number, do it again" with a patronizing tone- she had already tried it multiple times. Manager did not come over to the register to help, or even look at us- the customers. The cashier was flustered and trying to help us, so I just paid the balance, even though I had a gift card.  I am giving 2 stars only because the employees who made our food and checked us out were good and nice. A manager should not be making his employees and customers uncomfortable. We will stick to the Grove location going forward

This is the worst chipotle ive ever had. Ordered 4 bowls, absolutely non of the food was seasoned, barely had salt, and in general had no flavor. They are also extremely stingy, fill the bowl all the way with rice and barely give you any veggies/toppings.

I’ve been to this establishment a few times and every time it’s something else. This time was just too far. The lady that was preparing my food misunderstood me which is fine this happens but another employee came into the situation when it had nothing to do with her took the bowl out of her hand and proceeded to remove the mistakenly added ingredients with her fingers with a terribly mean and just over all bad attitude, as if it was my fault, and I purposely caused a misunderstanding then at the register just threw my food towards me. It’s crazy that people believe it’s okay to act like this!

HORRIBLE SERVICE , This place never has the items that chipotle places should need. This chipotle location place is the worst I would not recommend . The workers there look miserable and don’t show no type of effort  or smile to the customers. Worst place ever and the worst part of this place as you tell them what you want they don’t even add it in your meal

Honestly the worst restaurant, I was a previous employee and I cannot believe that restaurants managers, crew even. Horrible customer service, everyone’s hair looks like they were at a rave, the line it looks gross dry food stock on the table, dirty dishes on the chef table. Tables and floors are disgusting to top it off you go to the bathroom and the soap is broken, floor completely filthy. Clearly the “high standards” don’t exist at that location. Also the rice is never cooked. Meats are mixed all the time. Veggie? Oh yea there’s so chicken or pork there like get it together and be more clean. Very disappointed!

So this is the very first time and the last time I’ll ever go here I’ve Hurd that this company has had problems with veggies and meats either contaminated lettuce or bad meat  but I decided to try it at least once. I had a steak burrito bowl I ate a couple bites just to look down a little black bug crawling around I killed it and showed the employee and said oh and offered to make me another of the same stuff that had bugs in it never again..I threw out the whole bowl and left

Tried calling the store to add an ingredient that was no extra charge and they have an automated system that is absolutely aweful and doesn't listen when words are pronounced clearly. They need to have a direct connection to store when calling..not satisfied and disnt even want order anymore.

Won’t make a simple quesadilla. You have to order it online but you can’t just have them melt cheese in a shell for you on the line. I’m now hungry and angry and won’t waste my time stopping at chipotle ever again.
