Worst experience of my life!!! I was so excited to purchase my bundles from this company. Soon as I walked in the door the workers just looked at me funny then when I asked about what bundles they had the young girl gave me a damn attitude!!! No one helped me with anything I’m telling you the customer service at this place is beyond horrible. I was about to spend like 400 in there but I was not feeling the customer service do not go to this place and I mean that from the bottom of my heart

I have never been in the actual salon but I did purchase hair from them earlier this year around February and even though I cut my hair bald like eve I gave the hair to my best friend and she still has the damn hair in her head and it is now august. when I received the hair from the delivery guy which who was very responsive and fast btw.( he delivered the hair to where I was in less than an hour) The hair did not have any corn chip smell. The hair was so beautiful and soft. I plan on getting my next bundles from them and I hope the experience is the same this time

The young girls working in the salon are very unprofessional & need to learn how to deal with the public exspecially when i spent 300 dollars on just hair. I have been buying hair from them for 3yrs and was always pleased but i was there 11/27/2017 & had a very bad experience if they continue treat customers unprofessional they will lose valuable customers

The customer service is poor and unprofessional, the hair is nice and quality but the level of service is below failing. She doesn't stand behind her product so if there is an issue with your bundle expect to stay Unsatisfied. I scheduled an appointment for 3:30 and left the shop at 12 midnight. The girl washing my hair ripped and pulled my hair breaking a lot of it as she aggressively combed it without holding the hair! I would never schedule an appointment there again if I was paid to!

Unprofessional Overpriced Do not get your hair done here, however the hair is good quality. The service sucks and so does the price!
