Unfortunately I was not able to experience the superior service this salon was noted to provide. It appears that a malfunction in their on-line booking software resulted in my re-scheduled appointment being cancelled. Despite me receiving an email noting that the appointment had been changed, apparently I was supposed  to know that if I did not receive an email confirmation that I had an appointment then I didn't have one. Unfortunately I learned this information upon my arrival to the salon after leaving work early. My stylist was gone for the day. Please note that I waited a month because this was the first available appointment. I was asked if I wanted to re-schedule, however I am not clear why I would be confident the same issue wouldn't happen again. As a new customer you won't get a second chance to make a first impression. I was so excited to have this salon be a part of my new journey. I had referred someone here. They will have to make their own decision about this salon.

My stylist Neff, i love her! She treats my hair with love and patients, thats important to me. And you're not waiting for hours to get your hair done or finished. All the other stylist are great too, very pleasant. The atmosphere is wonderful and comforting, no drama.... just peace....with a little neo soul to groove..
