Food is always good, service on the other hand lacks a lot. Ordered apps and was put in " hot box " for pick up. Had to go in and ask about it even after saying where we were sitting. Ordered sandwiches and fries. Simple! Fries came 10 minutes before sandwiches.  Need to get their staff together.

Great pizza, but plastic utensils and paper plates??? Table hadn't been cleaned up yet either. Like I said, the pizza was great, but I think they need to do a little better.

Don't ever eat there and order burgers they were horrible took an hour to get the waitress let it sit on counter get cold while she took care of customers that were coming in for take out pizza how rude is that

Amazing deep-dish pizza that truly is the real deal.. worth every penny! A truly stunning chicago deep dish pizza!

Giving a 2 star rating only for the convenience of having them deliver.  We’ve ordered from here multiple times and it seems that 2 trips are always necessary to get the full order. When we called about the third time we mentioned that maybe they would want to change how they’re sending orders out, but it seemed there was no one present who cared. With the prices you would think they would have a little better service. Looks like we will be ordering from other local places from now on.
