I started going here because my original dentist started working here so I followed him. Eventually I noticed I wasn't being scheduled with him anymore. That wasn't the biggest deal. As long as the dentist takes good care of me I'm not picky. Later on I was prescribed some mouth wash to build up my enamel on my teeth to prevent cavities. They scheduled for me to come in for a follow up to see how the mouth wash was working, so I came in, they did a cleaning and that was it...I told them I was a bit confused and that I thought I was coming in for a simple follow up. They just kinda said woops and then that was it. No follow up on how the mouth wash was working... Mistakes happen, might have just been miscommunication on their part, not a huge deal. I went in another time to get a cavity filled, that's what I was told at least, and I got all numbed up and ready to get my cavity filled and then the dentist looked at it, said we need to prep it for a crown and then just started drilling away without really consulting me about now doing a crown instead of a simple cavity. This was about 5 months ago, since then I moved on to another dentist. I've now had to get a root canal done on that tooth and a crown put on. This tooth originally didn't bother me one tiny bit, but after they told me I was getting a cavity done and then started drilling into my tooth I have had nothing but problems with this tooth. I will never go back here. They caused unnecessary issues with a tooth that hadn't been bothering me at all. I've been going back and forth between several dentists to fix the mess that Bel-Air started. They tell you one thing and do another. That's not ok with me.

They NEVER answer their phone. Ever. I have submitted insurance info 3 times for my son and they continue to say they don’t have it (even after we have had to go in to the office in order to give it to them because they don’t answer their phone). We’ve been messing with this for almost 2 years. I refuse to pay a bill we had insurance for and although we’re no longer hearing from them on the issue, I’m concerned the bill will hit my credit report at some point! Terrible customer service.

Well the story starts like this my dentist who was great left. Not knowingly I came back and the other dentist insisted I needed crowns after having a filling put in a year ago, but the necessity was not needed.  Seemed to be a ploy to make more money off of unnecessary procedures.  He told me my other dentist was being conservative, well in this economy day and age, why wouldn't we be.  So for over two years now they have been holding onto a overpaid dental credit of 75$ they refuse to pay back.  I told them in September I no longer want to do business here and want my money back all they have been doing is taking messages and now ignoring my calls forwarding them to voicemail.  DO NOT RECOMMEND COMPLETE GARBAGE AND INABILITY TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER ISSUES>

The staff is welcoming and caring. Excellent Doctor! I will be back and recommend to friends and family.

Dr. Craven was a great dentist!  The company  used his name to book clients,  then they were reassigned other dentists.  Think he was forced out.  Not going back.  We will follow Dr. Craven.
