Mary and I have enjoyed having Dr. Brightwell and his assistants take such good care of us over the years.  Mary has especially enjoyed having Michelle clean her teeth each time we come and her helpful bits of information to take care of her teeth.  We have always found everyone pleasant and professional. I have been getting all of my dental work done here for 30 years! Starting with Dr Hodges, then after he retired, Dr Brightwell took over. He is a perfectionist with his work, and only does what is needed done! 
Our family has put our trust in him, and it is without a doubt the best dental service we have ever had!! 
I highly recommend choosing Dr Brightwell, if you want the most EXCELLENT care!!! 👍😄❤️

Very unethical.  A particular procedure was not covered by insurance, but the office staff assured me they would "take the write off" prior to the work being done.  In other words, I'd only have to pay what the insurance would have paid had that tooth been covered.  Once the procedure was done,  I got a bill for twice the amount I was told.   When I spoke to Dr. Brightwell, he refused to budge, telling me his staff had made a mistake.  I would never have agreed to the procedure if I'd known the cost was double.  A business should honor what their employee's tell their customers, even if it was a mistake.

While it may be "unusual" for a staff member to guarantee the write-off, this is what happened, and I'm sure Ally is honorable enough to admit to it.  She made a mistake, and mistakes should be honored.  As mentioned above, I would never have agreed to the procedure at that time if it had not been for that guarantee.

Dr. Brightwell is a dentist you can trust. My other dentist wanted to put on a crown and several fillings. I went to Dr. Brightwell for a second opinion, and as I suspected, no dental work was needed. Dr. Brightwell has been my dentist since then, for the last 5 years. He keeps my mouth healthy and happy. Thank you, keep up the good work.

Kudos to Dr. Brightwell and his staff!  Recently, while out of town for the weekend, a crown on my front tooth (put on by another dentist 30 years ago) cracked off.  My sense of emergency set in when I knew I had to go back to work on Monday.  I called Dr. Brightwell at home and asked if he could see me first thing on Monday.  He agreed that I could meet him in the office Monday at 8:00.  I was so impressed by his willingness to flex his schedule to take care of my crown.  Within an hour, he had prepared the tooth, made a mold, and set me up with a temporary.  A week later I had a perfectly matched crown!  Thank you so much for your flexibility and the beautiful new crown!
