I got a text from Jenkins Dentistry , requested for my confirmation for 7:30am appointment, twice. When we got there, we found out they open at 8:00am. So my question is why the appointment time is 7:30am when they open at 8:00am? What’s wrong? It’s hard to get up like early morning just for appointment in the winter , especially for my kiddo,we had to wait till they open in the car. Finally it was 8:00 am in the morning, guess what? We were told we don’t have an appointment today? YOU MUST BE KIDDING ME! My wife showed them the text message, for conformation , TWO of them, different days. They explained it was system’s problem. And I am sorry I don’t buy it, at least you should have double checked the appointment list before we came in. I don’t mind if you give a call or text to change the appointment time ahead of time BUT what you have done is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. What we paid is not cheap either. Update: I just received a apology letter from their Marketing director. It’s very thoughtful and they did take care of this case.

My son's first dentist visit he was scared and didn't want to go. The waiting room he was able to play games or watch movies. The wait was not long before they took him in the back for pics. The employees were amazing and made it fun and explained everything. Then came time to sit in the big chair but again he got to pick his toothpaste wear cool glasses! again the staff was amazing! He got a goodie bag, balloon, and treat. He was upset that he had to leave! He is excited to go back and has already asked to get his teeth cleaned again!

Was very nervous for my 3 yr old sons first dentist visit. We asked ahead of our apt for a quick look around to ease some of his fears and they were super accommodating. Also, when making the apt, spoke to Christy and she took great notes! When we met with Dr Jenkins she had all the info on my sons anxiety and was so great! Everyone in the office is amazingly nice and helped the visit go smoothly. We even got a thank you note in the mail! So so so so great!!!!!

They went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable at her first appointment. Everyone we encountered was so sweet and helpful. Highly recommend them!
