The prices are affordable but it is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.I furnished my entire house from them and was treated horribly after I paid. Don't bother calling corporate if you have an issue because they are ruder than the ones in the store itself. I will never do business with the company again. Went to Home Furniture and was treated amazing!! Highly recommend Home Furniture over this place.

I purchased a leather recliner sofa set in September and the leather on it has started bubbling in one section. The furniture is not even 3 months old. Spoke to Angelica and she was extremely rude so I requested a supervisor. Tiffany is the name of the "supervisor" that took over the call. She told me that this sounds like normal wear and tare... However, I barely sit in my living room. She instructed me to send pictures to their email, but also informed me I didn't have a warranty. This was also a problem since I asked for 1 at the time of purchase. This is ridiculous and the furniture is garbage. I spent 2100 on furniture that is already breaking down and it hasn't even been 3 months. I will NEVER purchase anything else from Bel and will also be informing anyone I know, to not purchase from there either. If I could have given them a 0 I would have.

Thank you soo much, I am happy and. well satisfied with the service.everyone was so and patient with me...I LOVE the store.I would Love to Come back and shop with you all again more often.this was my first experience with bel.and hate it took me so long...THANKS A MILLION....HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL...GOD BLESS... .

Salesman was completely horrible. Hit my credit for financing and then tells me the furniture I wanted was no longer available instead of checking before he sold it to me. After I told him what he did was wrong he consistently shoved product down my throat that I repeatedly told him I wasn't interested in and argued that it was what I need/want for my home. Your best bet is Home Furniture in Nederland.
