We are a specialty retailer currently operating more than 90 retail locations in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas. We feature a wide range of products from home electronics, appliances and computers, to furniture, mattresses, and smartphones.

We sell home appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers and ranges, and a variety of consumer electronics, including LCD, LED, 4K, 3D and Ultra HD televisions, tablets, computers and computer accessories, Blu-ray and DVD players, and home theater products. We also sell furniture and mattresses, including furniture and related accessories for the living room, dining room and bedroom, as well as both traditional and specialty mattresses. We continue to introduce additional product categories for the home to help respond to our customers' product needs.

I will never shop at Conn's again. I purchase a washer and dryer a television and a soundbar. I was guaranteed delivery two days later on a Friday. The sales associate did not put in the correct phone number. I did not receive a phone call to set up a delivery time. Therefore I called when I was told to call and found out that my phone number was incorrect. I tried to change it with that associate he assured me that my delivery time was on schedule and they changed my phone number. The following day my appliances were not delivered. When I called the store they acted like it was my fault that the phone number was incorrect. After I already talked to 3 Associates trying to change my phone number. I told him that I was to return the items. They told me they would charge me a 15% restocking fee on all of the items. They also refused to give me cash back after I had paid with cash stating at The Appliance Store does not carry large amounts of cash inside the store. I did not understand that because the 2 days before they had no problem taking my $4,000 in cash. If they'll take that much cash then they should have that much cash to refund customers. And Edition buyer beware you will not see the return policy anywhere except staple to your receipt after you've already made your purchase that's when you find out about the restocking fee.

Sales person was kind and helpful. Worked efficiently had me out of the store well informed with the merchandise I wanted. Great shopping experience.

I purchased $7,000 worth of merchandise online. I spoke with a lady named Lori over the phone who told me to ask for her when I came in the store so she could gladly assist me with finalizing the order. I go into the store and ask for her. One girl calls her on the phone, let’s her know I’m there and to come to the front to assist me. I could tell she was irritated by the girls response but the girl hangs up and says she’ll be here in a minute. Then Lori calls back and says no I’m not coming. The others were all standing around the desk looking at their watches and chit chatting so I said “ look can anyone help me, I’m only here to finalize my deal, you won’t have to help me much.” The guy pointed at Maria and said can you help her? She said yes of course and was kind from that point forward. We got everything done and she says it will be delivered tomorrow 12/31/17. I said great let’s do it. By the time she finished having me sign everything she says oh shucks it’s too late the delivery department/manager is already gone but I can make sure it’s delivered for sure on 12/31/17 I personally know the manager and have his cell all he has to do is add it when he gets there in the morning. Well that never happened. She called an hour later saying sorry it will be the first. 1/1/18. I called the store the next day 12/31/17 and spoke with Cedric the store manager at the Dowlen st. Beaumont tx location. I said if you can’t deliver it on scheduled and promised date just cancel my order. He rudely said ok I’ll just cancel your order then. He the MANAGER would rather conns lose out on a $7000 sale rather than make adjustments to have merchandise delivered on day as promised. So he cancels my order. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint on him and his store and they offered me a gift card for inconvenience and put my order back on for next day delivery and promised to address this horrible customer service experience with Cedric and his Dowlen st store location.

I had a very good customer service experience 2 days in a row by a employee Jerry Lapoint. He was very friendly , nice and very professional and eager to help and very knowledgeable of the products cons carries.If he wouldn't have been so nice the first time I was in , I may have chosen another place . Who knows , however I came back the next day and he was off and I was greeted by 2 guys that helped but called him and 10 min later he showed up on his off day. I felt terrible but he was so nice about it and encouraged me that it was ok. Way to go Mr.Lapoint for wonderful customer service !! Thank you and I hope you and your family have a merry Christmas !! Also..... Poor guy ...I needed my name changed and the computer wasn't cooperating so I know that was a frustration but he just insisted he would get it right for me ! Thank u lots !!

We went to Conn’s off of Dowlen this past weekend to buy a new dresser and Jerry, Sales Associate helped us from the moment we walked in! He greeted us with a friendly smile & attended to every question I had regarding the dressers. We were very pleased with our service and definitely recommend Jerry for all your Conn’s shopping needs! :)
