Let's see my mother bought a couch and love seat a month ago. One week later the stuffing came out of the cushions. She called and let them know, they said for her to bring in the cushions and they would get them fixed. They fixed the love seat but the couch they will not fix. They said it isn't a manufacturer defect. We then asked for a manager by the name of Tony, who "stepped out" and they would give him the message. A couch doesn't fall apart one week after purchase. How about you back your product and answer the phone! Looks like I will be calling back repeatedly until Tony decides to answer the phone.

Terrible experience with this store today. Rude staff and was very unprofessional. I felt like I was bothering the sales woman. She never recommended any other item or options about what I was looking for. My husband and I felt alone in this big store with no other customers around. We finally decided on a $500 purchase on our own. At this point we had to find her in order to make our purchase. Upon being invoiced and trying to purchase the item, I was never thanked for my business and she abruptly walked away. Still felt like I was a bother and do not recomend anyone to shop here. The parking lot is empty for a reason..terrible overall experience.

Great place they hook me up with some screws for my bed for free thanks great people and service. And the employee working behind the service desk in glasses 😍
