Horrible place. Original store brand was a HALLMARK in the Birningham market. Now it's just overpriced, imported, junk. No lasting quality on anything purchased there. Limited sizes on men's clothes. Shoe department is the only decent part of the store. Staff is pompous and uncaring. No value at this store. Their buyers must be blind.

This store is a WRECK!! Shirts and pants are just laying around on the ground, employees are throwing trash on the ground, and it smells really funky throughout the store. Fitting rooms have NEEDLES laying all on the ground!! I overheard an associate say that there are only three employees in the whole store that are servicing customers. I know I won't be coming back, and nobody else I know will be coming here either.

I was here with a friend who also posted a review. This place was horrible. I went into the fitting room to try on some jeans and I had to tiptoe around the place so I didn't STAB myself in the foot because there were needles all over the ground!!!!

Tried to call and ask a question. The phone rang for 10 min with no answer in my dept so I repeated the process again but to talk to the on call manager - still no answer. Needless to say I don't be going there if they can't even bother to pick up a phone.

The sales associates were rude to me. I went to check out after I found an item I was looking for. The item did not ring up according to the sign for the unpackaged dress shirts that were on sale and she said that the shirt was clearly not part of the deal because of the way it rung up. Instead of checking for me she just asked if I wanted it or not. I just that someone needs to check the signage so that this doesn't happen again and I said I would pass. I will never go to the store again.
