I love this store! There is always a sales associate offering their time and help. The gift wrap is free and first class. The store is beautiful and everyone enjoys the pianist. The selection is huge and I usually end up buying more than I intended. Great job Von Maur!

I worked here and was falsely accused of something that I didn't do and was wrongfully terminated because of this. I feel as if management was very sneaky, conniving and was not openly honest with their true intentions. The environment itself is very "toxic" and unprofessional. I felt that decisions were biased and racist. There isn't adequate management or leadership. Be very careful when choosing to work for this kind of leadership. The pay is good but isn't worth it for someone who genuinely cares about their environment and coworkers. You can not trust your superiors. Items are extremely overpriced and are not top quality. Some items are refurbished and sold as "brand new" prices.

These five star reviews are bogus! Well, at least in my eyes. Every time I go to this cheap garbage place, no employee bats an eye at me, not even the usually pushy designer counter people. I am not coming back at all, and hoping that they'll never make it to the Nashville, TN area.

I love this department store. Always clean with extremely friendly and helpful people. Shop the round racks for the best prices. I also like that they are closed on major holidays!

The sales associates were very helpful. The free gift wrapping service is a welcomed surprise.
